Tracking (displaying) the info may be possible although the thermostats
all seem to use different protocols, which exact model stats do you have
and which firmware are they running ? . However once you put their
touchscreen on the system AIUI you can not have any other
controllers/bus masters there at all, so control from HS would not be
possible.
