[OT] Anyone know a carpenter / joiner

Dear All,

Due to the failure over the summer, of out patio furniture set (2 years
old at the time) I'm not trying to get it replaced by a well known high
street catalogue store. They are however insisting that I get it
inspected by

"Due to the length of time you have had this Patio Set you are deemed
to
have accepted it. As such, you will need to organise, and pay for, an
independent report by an accredited carpenter or joiner to inspect the
item."

Can anyone recommend such a person in the midlands. Although as the same
part has failed on 3 chairs, I think it's fairly obvious that there is a
fault in either the design, or manufacture. I should add that the part
has failed when the seat was sat on by different people, non of whom
were on the large size.

Failing that does anyone have an suggestions on how I can resolve this
issue.

Regards

Stuart
