Buying cables....reccomendations!?

Hi all,
Finally getting round to my lounge work, looking to run cables either
over the ceiling or under the floor, getting someone in to do the work
I think, he's coming round tomorrow to give me a quote so fingers crossed!

Trying to price up everything I need,

going for a Vogel PPW100 projector wall mount, some Vogel speaker wall
brackets, and a whole bundle of cables!

My first challenge is getting hold of a long figure of 8 power
cable...im not finding anything longer than 5m!  any one know of
anywhere?!

also I may be needing a long ish component cable, worst case 20m i
think, are they available at recent prices?  My normal source tvcables
seems to top out at 15m.

Also investing in a xantech IR distribution setup, quite basic for the
moment but I seem to remember it being talked about getting the units
from the US, again any recommendations for suppliers?

Sorry for all the questions in one go, can't wait to have it all done
with all my equipment hidden in the cupboard bar the projector!!
