Hot Water Immerser

I'm looking to automate my Water Heater Immerser to boost the hot
water=20
on cold days (like this one!) and looking at the options..

It's a 3Kw heater element, so big question is =96 will an AD10 do the=20
trick? AD10 seems to be rated to 16A for resistive loads (which I=20
assume a heating element is!), which is about 3.7Kw

Is anyone using these modules in this sort of high current environment?=20
If not, what do you use?
