A wanderer returns...

Seasons greetings to all. I used to be an active lurker in the group,
but
the past couple of years has been hectic with work, family and moving
house.
I have now sold my old HA enabled house and am planning the work that I
will
do to my new one (hence the return to the group to catch up on changes to
the HA scene etc.).

If people are interested, I will put together some notes on what
prospective
buyers of the house thought of HA (positive and negative).

One thing I have noticed in our new (to us) house. the kids & wife are
very
bad at turning lights off. they expect them to be turned off automatically.
