IIRC there is an option in the settings on the main Geovision config
popup to enable DSP functions - that's the popup menu you get where you
normally setup cameras etc.

There's also a separate app you can run to set the DSP output (number and
position of cameras) but I think you can't run this at the same time as the
main app (but might remember wrongly!). Can't remember what it's called
though. May also only be with certain versions of the software - what ver
are you on?
