433Mhz temp sensor to PC

I want to purchase some 433Mhz devices such as one of the weather
units from Oregon scientific.

Could I use a receiver such as this http://tinyurl.com/yv3ths to intercept
the signals from it into my home system?

Does anyone else have some links to this kinda of thing being done
wirelessly
