KISS streaming DVD players

Have been thinking about getting one of these for the bedroom, to
replace a=
little-used MCE PC that currently lives there. Even SWMBO was fairly keen =
on this idea when I suggested it a few weeks ago.

Today I noticed PC World are doing the 1600 with =A350 off, for =A3149...

So, - is that a good price? And is it a good unit? - does anyone here have
=
one?

I have a SONOS zone in the bedroom, so I don't care about its music
playing=
abilities. I also have plenty of wired LAN outlets, so I also don't care h=
ow good its wireless performance is. Its primary function will be for a
lit=
tle bit of physical DVD playing, but mostly for streaming ripped DVDs from
=
the server (i.e. what the MCE PC currently can do) - so does anyone know
if=
this can play ripped VOBs off a network share? - I've recently got rid of =
all the ISO's I used to have, so I'm 100% VOBs now...
