Reason I ask is I searched a lot for something to extend a load of Cat5e

most that I found wasn't Cat5e certified (more for telephone type cabling).
I did find these though and bought 5 x 100 pair units to extend 125 cables:

These are fully Cat5e and the 100pair field termination kit is only around
=A330ish IIRC - great for extending a large number too.
