I've just build a complete rackmount server with 64W Athlon Dual Core,
512Mb RAM, 2 x 80Gb 2.5" SATA drives including case for about 220 quid
- basically the same as it cost my in the past to build a lower
specced Mini-ITX system.
Yes the Athlon uses more power but in the future I'll switch to the
new 45W CPUs but compared to the Mini-ITX it has 2 PCI slots rather
than 1 as well as PCI Express etc.
Also I've found the Jetway Mini-ITX motherboards (VIA C7-based) to be
completely unreliable with Linux and i've talked to several other
people in the same boat.
