OT : MCE Kit

Chum wants a MCE system - and he lives in London
He has already bought some hardware (ie proc/ram) - so looking for
suggestions for a Grpahics card with the MCE remote kit (unless you can
get them seperately), and wether we can get the video input card that can
take in the BBC HD broadcasts over terrestrial
A "hifi" style case would be nice, but would need to be quiet !
