I presume these are use for their specialist POS (store tills)
Optiplexes,
as far as I can tell from our catalogue they're not available to buy
separately from Dell.

that it is not available.  I have just tried Dell's on-line chat, and been
told that they don't do any touch screens!  There seem to be lots on eBay

As the target for this new PC is someone who would rather "keep it
simple",
I am keen to stick to a single manufacturer scenario (and buy
new) if possible.

Can anyone clarify what's what with Dell and touch screens?
