Dell Touch Screen

I can see on the Dell web site that there is an E153FPT touch screen -
but that it is not available. I have just tried Dell's on-line chat,
and been told that they don't do any touch screens! There seem to be
lots on eBay etc.
As the target for this new PC is someone who would rather "keep it
simple", I am keen to stick to a single manufacturer scenario (and buy
new) if possible.
Can anyone clarify what's what with Dell and touch screens?
