Got the same.
There is a hotfix that can be downloaded via the KB for this update

I've applied it, but I haven't rebooted yet to see if works (mucho
downloading to do)

I now get some message about a DLL being illegally relocated that I wasn't
getting earlier today before - Grrrr!
