I have done some work and I have used Ben for installing the  extra
consumer units. When it and some C-Bus work is done he'll be back to do
the part P.

The single DIN units just loop through the feed out of a circuit breaker
(as mine are all post breakers) which is easy. I do have some pulse
meters on the main feeds too but they are standalone secondary wall
mounted boxes (again very low cost and the same as some supply companies
install) that Ben put in when he connected the distribution panels.
These meters use a neutral connection too for voltage (wattage) metering.
