Thats certainly my experience. I have a Canon MP780 - and ONLY a
Silex=20
print server , @ =A3180, works with it. Standard USB print servers dont
see=
m=20
to like multi-function devices.

My understanding is that most USB printers don't always implement the full
bitronics(?) interface or in the same way, when coupled with cheap USB=20
print
servers whichhave the same problem there can be problems!

I guess the best thing to do it buy the best value one that meets the
criteria and give it a go.
