Re: soundcard with 8 output jacks
Many outputs are as important as well if you want to mix your music's
channels seperately on a outboard mixer.

1/4" jacks are the classic size for normal 'quality' audio at
realistic cost (you use XLR if cost isn't a factor).
In this case 8 of these will be too big for any card, so this will
require an off-board unit. Have a look in Sound-on-Sound magazine, or
Future Music mag for this sort of thing. It won't be cheap. Or if
you are in London then Turnkey in Charing Cross Road, or Rose-Morris
just around the corner.
And are you sure about those 8 *outputs*? 8 Inputs would make
more sense!
