You can do that without any software.

Just select all the photos, right click and chose rename. If you rename
the first with phto1 all others will be renamed photo2, photo3, etc.

Com os melhores cumprimentos,

Rui Rego

Subject: [ukha_d] [OT] Photo organiser

I'm currently reorganising my digital photos. I now use Adobe
Photoshop Elements for managing everything, however as I have been
though a number of different software packages and cameras the actual
organisation of my files on my HD is a total mess.

Does anyone know of some software that can re-organised and rename my
files to a common format. All I really want is the directory name to
be date the picture was take (as stored in the EXIF data) and then
just a simple photo001, photo002 etc.

Any points appreciated.

JB
