Just to point out that IM does in fact work - I'm guessing voip will
too.
As it is, I won't be using IM, as push email is almost as fast as MSN.
I'd imagine this is more of a "don't take the piss" kind of rule,
rather
than a complete prohibition.

The small print I've seen bans VoIP and IM - presumably as they see this
taking revenue away from their call and text services. I'd imagine TomTom
data would be fine.
