Then didnt bother. I didnt think I needed the service at this time ! I was
told someone used a UK CC ok tho.

Did it work for you Gareth as it didn't for me ? - I needed a US address
and a US bank issued credit card. One of my UK cards has a US billing
and registered address but that didn't work.
