This is the type of thing Georgia was talking about:

You need to run a CT100 coax cable from the back of the Sky box (from
the socket marked "RF2") up to your bedroom where you plug the
cable
into the back of the TV as if it was a normal aerial lead. You then
use the Sky remote pointed at the TV Link gizmo located in the bedroom
to change channels etc. on the box in the lounge.
