I've heard people suggest putting it in a darkened room with a small
lamp or torch shining on the vents at the back (wherever it's likely to
have gotten in). Hopefully it'll find its own way out then.
Don't try and encourage it out by poking the screen or it'll die on the
spot just to spite you...
