I got mine from CPC www.cpc.co.uk.  I've just checked the web site but
cant find it using their highly reliable search engine and don't have a
catalogue to hand.
Perhaps try entering "Peruvian Mountain Goat"... might bring up
what you
need ;-)
If you get stuck then I'll check the book at work tomorrow.
