Part P says "competent"

You can do it yourself, and pay the =A3120 or so to the local council,
or=20
get an electrician to test and certify it (might be tricky)

Sure - I did all my X10 stuff - but I thought it had to be Part P=20
certified - or does that mean I could do it and then someone signs it off?
