Chris,

Why use 2 CAT5 - if you have an embedded serial device just send the
command back to a reciever over the network and issue at NODE 0 through one
of your devices configured as a mini server. You could probably deliver
power over ethernet on a single pair of the network CAT5.

When you say browse music - do you mean display on LCD?
