Re: Powering up a PC ATX machine remotely
As I said I have this working with 3 machines now my only concern now
is
that whether it is safe to be running them all off a single AM12U.
You might have a hardware problem if it's not working for you :
S5 works great however I noticed 1 machine not playing ball yesterday :
Turns out that it was an issue with the graphics card.... Maybe it drew
current away from the mobo and hence the motherboard could not identify
a change in power state.
I replaced the card with an old PCI one (Its supposed to be a server
afterall so why need fancy graphics ?)
Please feel free to check you machine configuration - hope you get it
fixed.
