[Help] trying to find cable

Hi All,
Just building my automation pc and I need to find a stock of those 2
(femal) pin to 2 (femal) pin hard drive activity (or network activity) led
cables. The ones that run from the motherboard/raid card to an led. I have
tried searching but don't think I have the right keywords. They are usually
have 2 wires say red and black and terminate on both ends with a black
female jumper-style connector.
Any help appreciated.
