Epoxy Paint to concrete floors

Has anyone here applied an epoxy paint to a concrete floor themselves?

I am looking to use something like this:

But this particular product is from the US.

or:

Is it easy to achieve a very smooth finish? I assume it is self leveling so
you only need to apply it quickly?

I am intending to use an epoxy paint then use a ployeurethane clear coat on
top to give a gloss surface.

Any advice or recommendations appreciated.
