temperature monitoring

Hello,

I'm after a temperature sensor that I could interface to the pc.
Perhaps a wireless one, so that I don't have to drill and route cable
to get an outside air temperature or multiple cables to get the
temperature in several rooms.

I know there are many DIY solutions such as Dallas one-wire sensor
thingies, but is there anything available off-the-shelf? I thought one
of those Oregon weather stations might come with a serial or usb
interface?
