Toys R Us were selling thse off for a fiver a little while ago:

I think the Woking store had 1 or 2 left, but I can look for you
tomorrow if interested.

Connectivity is:
* Composite video
* Component video
* S-video
* RGB scart
* RCA stereo
* Digital optical (TOS Link)
* Digital coaxial

I don't know if the ouputs are simultaneous though.
