TV Viewing Habits + MCE

Hi all,
I want to produce a report of our viewing habits in order to ascertain
whether removing Sky will impact us. As we use MCE for all our viewing
I was wondering (and hoping) that a record of the channel numbers,
etc. is recorded somewhere.
