Paul,
I know that Greenwoods Comms can do this but price will be dependant on
quantity / complexity.
I Beleive they will do short runs, maybe even 1s and 2s. Pretty
straightforward if you can supply CAD to them.

Someone posted details a long time ago of a company that can
produce custom rack panels (for 2U, 3U etc). Cutting out holes for phono
connectors, SCART etc.
Any ideas?
