Just had extraordinarily CRAP service from Y3K - www.y3k.com

Leading to the point that I've just cancelled my order with them..



Ordered items on the 4th, card debited on the 8th, today is the 16th &
still no delivery, so just phoned them to chase, only to discover that
my order hasn't even been dispatched yet! - reason given is that the
delivery address given is different from my card address (that old
chestnut) - this despite their web ordering system *specifically*
offering this facility and providing the option when ordering to add a
2nd address for delivery after entering the cardholder address
details...



I wanted the items in time for LAST weekend, now I'm not even going to
get them this weekend.. - Unless I trot off down to Henry's again which
looks like I'm going to have to do...



My advice:- give this bunch a wide berth...
