Also, might be doing you a favour.

My JSTech RGB to SVideo unit is, well, cack. I even bought a JSTech RGB to
YUV - and that was also cack - despite being berrated on the avforums that
I wasn;t sure about how good it would be.

Any scaler users out there ? Ever done a comparison between the RGB >
YUV
converter and a full scaler unit (which normally do this also)

Hi All

I am looking for some help.

I currently have the following setup

RGB Tivo ----> JS Tech (RGB to S-Video) ---> KAT 5 Unit.

Now about 4 weeks ago during one of the lightening storms this setup
stopped working. I get sound but no picture. I have tried much
testing about I am still not 100% which unit has been fried.

So I am trying to find someone in or around Bracknell, Berkshire that
has either KAT5 or JS Tech RGB to S-Video units that would be kind
enough to let me drop around and test my units.

Can anyone help?

Regards

Ben
