Hi, just joined the group and this is my first question so bear with
me! =
I am about to refurbish an old house and have the opportunity to

ork the whole thing BEFORE plaster goes up! So I need your help. I am

vy with networking and computers etc and wish to get a level of automation

(lights, locks, A/V gear) sorted out. I need tips as to which s/w to use

webpage based I guess is ideal - and hardware to use.
