Thanks for all the replies....

My own microfilter is relatively new BT installed filtered master
socket, installed 6 months ago to correct a previous fault.

Apart from that one fault, my "old" 2Mb DSL was rock solid. ADSL
Max
has so far been a nightmare.

I'll try new filters and see what happens... Apparently there is an
unfiltered 'test' socket insde the master socket, so I'll try some
inline filters via that first.
