If you mainly interested in logging, and can write a bit of code for
the PC=
, then you could just get a USB->RS485 converter as the protocol to talk
to=
the room stats has been reverse engineered. It's quite simple to query the=
current room temp and set point. However they only report to a resolution =
of 1 degree C.

I know that a number people use HeatMiser (www.heatmiser.co.uk)
thermostats=
- is anyone running their PCLink software. I current have an UFH manifold =
controlled by a number of their stats and would love to have the system
con=
trolled from the PC, the main reason is actually to get data logging from
t=
he stats. However the PCLink software and USB connector is rather
expensive=
at =A3200, so would be interested if anyone has played with it before I co=
mmit.
