Hi,

I don't have a weather feed connected to my central heating, but I did
write a few scripts for weather.com's feed once, and the data was
generally excellent. They source the data from local stations, in my
case it was Shorham Airport, when that was offline it resorted to LGW.

The SDK is good for it and free. Being XML it is easy to work with.

An alternative would be to source the data of a local site to you and
parse the html for the data you need.
