Neil,
Just had a look at www.sipdiscount.com and they show calls to the UK as
free, but time limited to 1 minute. Is this what you use or is there
another tariff hidden somewhere else on the website.

I use Sipgate for my free incoming 0207 number, and www.sipdiscount.com
for free outgoing calls. Quality is great, especially if you have a
router than can do QoS to prioritise your VoIP traffic.
