Cant make this work

sql = "UPDATE  Site " _
& "SET Site='"& NewSite &"' " AND "SET
Builder ='"& NewBuilder &"'  " _
& "WHERE Site LIKE '"& Site &"' "

Get error :

Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression ''Between Streets,
Cobham' SET Builder ='The Homes''.

I can just about manage v.simple sql queries, but not when there's more
than
one thing :)

If i have one SET its ok - just cant get two to work...

Dean.
