QVC, not the first place you'd think of for CCTV solution

I am in the market for a cheap CCTV camera. I park my car on the
street and
gangs are smashing car windows for fun. Police can't really do much so am
looking to get evidence.

I would like to position the camera just outside my upstairs windows
pointing towards my car. Lots of street lights around which helps.

Ideally I want to record on my PC. I know a lot of your are pro's when it
comes to this type of thing and have full Geovision setups. But taking it
back a step does this seem any good ?

One advantage of QVC is I can send it back if it does not work to my
requirements. I can't figure out what output this had. but I'd love to hack
it and control it from my PC.

Oh ! Just seens its infra red. Should be easy to control from my PC then
with the right IRDA
