Even using the first 3 digits of my postcode gives my position to
within 10 meters or so! I didn't add an entry because of this.

Yes the map is publicly available, but then thats why it ONLY requires
the first part of your postcode.

However the URL of the map hasn't been made available outside of the
list.

I'd suggest it is no more of a risk than using a domain name that has
FULL whois info available for the list.

If anyone is concerned that they have refined they're location too much,
drop me an e-mail OFF list and I'll remove your current entry.
