Law and UK plugs for equipment?

I just got my Logitech Harmony 895 but it only has 1 EU to UK plug
adapter =
although it has two EU PSU=92s (charger and wireless receiver).
Before I contact them to demand another, I wanted to get my facts straight

=96 Am I correct in thinking there=92s some law that states any equipment

old in the UK has to have a UK plug on it or supplied with it?
