We've known about the company and their products for about two years. We
had been actively involved with them with a view to become a distributor
of their products in the UK but decided to limit our involvement
eventually.

For us, there were two unknown factors with the products at the time. The
first was their long-term reliability and the second was (and still is, I
believe) their similar company name and logo to that of X-10. When you are
importing large quantities of the products, either of the factors could be
a potentially serious liability commercially.

They appeared to be innovative products so good luck with them.
