Lipsync issues generally only occur in digital systems where there is a
fifo buffer and/or some processing going on that takes a certain amount
of time. It's actually quite difficult to delay an analogue signal
without resorting to some sort of Heath Robinson mechanical transducer
(eg. sending a waveform down a springy bit of wire!).
