That's an interesting point... I have an Executer3 chip in my xBox but
it never came with a manual of any sort !

Does anyone know how I can get my xbox to auto boot directly into XBMC
when I turn it on.

At the moment it boots into the Executer bios dash, I then have to select
(using the controller) "reboot to dash", this then takes me to
the Evox
dash and from there I select XBMC. The xBox is being used purely as a
mediabox not a games machine so I don't like having to have a controller
plugged in.

Does anyone know if its possible to modify the M$ IR dongle to turn the
xbox on/off by trhe remote ?

Cheers

Marcus

If you know which make of chip you've got, have a read of the manual as it
maybe something simple to resolve.
