I can second Sync-Back. Been using it for some time (after a post on
this group) and use it to back up data across drives on my network at
home.
Never misses a beat.

If you're using Exchange then you could just use cached mode to keep
multiple copies of a pst linked to the same users exchange folders up to
date? It does require both machines to have logged on to Exchange though
which I guess might not be that practical.
