Just some feedback on the twin-mount - very nice product, very well
made.
Screens are rock solid. =A3172 is still a lot of money, but it's all
die-c=
ast
components, and very heavy.

Dual mounts are expensive. I ordered one of the Ergo mounts today
(http://www.deltaav.

-co.uk/moreinfo.-php?productId=3D-79> ) for =A3172....bit
cheaper than the price you found.

Hi,

Taking this thread off at a slight tangent I would like to try and wall
mount two 19" LCD monitors side by side, my original plan had been to
buy a
normal pivoting plasma bracket capable of taking both screens weight and
then mounting the screens on a metal plate attached to said bracket.

However I have come across this which is purpose built for the job

Ergotron 200 Series <http://www.mediaatl <http://www.mediaatl>=20

-t.co.uk/detail.--asp?id=3D155440 problem
being the places that have them in stock want =A3275 upwards which to my

y
of thinking is a bit steep

So the question is does anybody know of anything similar but a darn sight
cheaper, looking to spend no more than 100 quid if I can help it

Cheers

Let us know how it goes - I was kind of skeptical when I saw this a few
months ago - but looks like it could work :-)

That would have been ideal, but the new D-series docks don't support PCI,
nor do they come with duel VGA/DVI ports (at least the dock for the

doesn't. I'm going to give the Matrox gadget a go, it's looks like it
should work.

I used to drive a 17" CRT and a Dell 1905FP from a D600 docking
station; CRT connected to the analog out (@1024x768) and the FP to the
DVI port (@1280x1024)---, worked a treat :-)

A vendor I used to visit had the extended docking station (the one
that would accept PCI cards) - he had a 4-port graphics card installed
and ran 4-off monitors from his D600.

HTH,

Tim.
