RE: Re: Cbus XPL XAP

You could very well be right - I didn't read the posts in question -
because they were deleted - my view comes from the attitude of the admin
who posted about the deleted posts - not very professional in my view and
gave me an overall bad feeling about the running of the forums. I may well
change that view if I was to actually see the posts.

Paul.

Hi Paul,

I would disagree a little there. I know nothing of the
'anti-competitive' side of things - maybe they are - but hey so are
apple and microsoft and we all use their products - in fact its what
makes macs so stable so not necessarily a bad thing :)

As for the deleted posts - they came from a couple of individuals who
were being complete 'tools' on the forum. I can't beleive their
accounts we not just suspended. At the end of the day the forum is
owned by cinemar and I suppose they are also resposible for its
content. One of them, 'ripper', got the hump because they would not
develop features at his beck and call and then just started slating
everyone and everything - very tiring.

In my experience the guys have been pretty responsive and are moving
in the right general direction. Certainly not perfect but not bad
either and they have a pretty decent user base.

Chris
