xAP Floorplan is available from www.mi4.biz (for free).   You would
need
a xAP C-Bus gateway though to get the bridging to C-Bus - and as you
mentioned earlier this is implemented in a standalone embedded
controller to do away with C-Gate dependence etc.

Charmed Quark has C-Bus integration inbuilt and early xAP integration too.

Does the Nokia 770 have a Java VM available yet ? - as that would open
up another possibility ?
